We are thrilled to invite you to an extraordinary event on June 21st at 6:00 PM at the Elevated BY Claudene Plant Medicine & Healing Center. As we celebrate the summer solstice, we will honor the deep connection calling that mushrooms have to this significant time of year.

The summer solstice marks the official beginning of summer and is often associated with abundance, happiness, and the power of the sun. This magical day brings people together to celebrate the sun's energy and the bountiful gifts of nature. It is also a time when some choose to explore the mystical world of magic mushrooms.

Mushrooms hold a special significance during the summer solstice, symbolizing renewal, growth, and the interconnectedness of all life. Just as the solstice heralds the longest day and the peak of the sun’s power, mushrooms represent the hidden, transformative energies of nature that flourish in this season.

During our celebration, we will be focusing on the summer mushroom, Chicken of the Woods, which is typically harvested in May. We are excited to have David, our esteemed mycologist, leading a hands-on workshop on making substrate grow bags and inoculating them with Chicken of the Woods spores. Each participant will go home with their very own baby mushroom spores to nurture and grow.

The evening will begin with a meet and greet, where you can connect with fellow mushroom enthusiasts, our chief mycologist, and Claudene, the founder of the EBC Shroom Club. To add to the festivities, Claudene will be demonstrating how to prepare a delightful Chicken of the Woods mushroom dish: Chicken Fried Steak, served with a refreshing Mushroom Chaga Tea.

Join us for an evening of learning, celebration, and connection as we embrace the abundance and energy of the summer solstice. This cosmopolitan gathering promises to be enlightening and enjoyable, a perfect blend of education and festivity.

This event has a $40 ticket price at the door when you arrive. It's always best to RSVP due to that will guarantee you a spot.
