Ink Master - Season 11

The premise of this season was to have Ink Master veterans Christian Buckingham and James "Cleen Rock One" Steinke return to coach two teams of nine artists, similar to the premise of the previous season, and for them to settle their rivalry that began on the seventh season of the show. The live finale featured the final Grudge Match between the coaches where the number of artists that were left on their respective team gave each of them the power to sabotage each other, in which the winning coach would also receive $100,000.

This new season starts off with 22 potential contestants who are put through a series of intense tattoo-style challenges, after which Rock One and Buckingham will select their top nine artists to compete as part of their teams.

Many times during this season, Janelle talked about the struggles she faced as a female artist trying to gain traction in a male-dominated industry. She fought to gain respect and recognition and credits her mom with making her a fierce female artist.

Following the premiere, Ink Master will likely release one episode per week for the rest of the 10-episode season. That means that new episodes of Ink Master premiere on Paramount+ Wednesdays at 3:01 a.m. ET/12:01 a.m. PT.
